Texas Fish Species

When you go rod & reel fishing with me, I can help you go after specific fish species as well as just fishing for anything for fun. As long as a fish is legal to catch in Texas I can help you catch it. No matter if you are looking for catch & release fishing, fishing for meat or trophy fishing I can help you reel in the fish you are looking for.

What You Need To Bring

All you need to bring is yourself. I have all the fishing gear and tackle that you will need. However, if you prefer your own gear as many anglers do, especially if you are specifically trying to hook a certain fish species… you are more than welcome to bring your own. You will need a fishing license. Texas fishing licenses can be picked up from just about anywhere and cost $17.00 the first day and only $8.00 for each additional day for out of state residents. You can also purchase it online from the link at the bottom of this page. Sun screen, polarized sunglasses and snacks are all a good idea.
